Held in Bangkok in September 2025, Fi Asia Thailand brought together the region’s food and beverage ingredients community to explore how innovation, nutrition, and supply-chain collaboration are shaping the future of responsible food production across Asia.

Fi Asia Thailand 2025 took place from 17–19 September 2025 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) in Bangkok, convening ingredient suppliers, manufacturers, brand owners, and technical experts from across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. As a long-established meeting point for the food and beverage ingredients sector, the event focused on how innovation at the ingredient level continues to influence sustainability, health, and accountability across complex supply chains.

Across the exhibition floor and conference programme, discussions centred on ingredient innovation and production approaches that support more efficient use of resources and improved product performance. Exhibitors and speakers highlighted developments in formulation, processing, and sourcing that help companies respond to environmental pressures while meeting regulatory and market expectations. Alongside product showcases, the event also addressed how operational practices—such as waste reduction and recycling—are increasingly part of how large-scale trade events are planned and delivered.

The co-location of Fi Asia Thailand with Vitafoods Asia 2025 reinforced the close link between ingredient innovation and nutrition-led product development. Sessions and on-floor engagement reflected growing demand for functional and better-for-you ingredients, particularly in response to shifting demographics, ageing populations, and rising consumer interest in preventive health and wellbeing.

Beyond innovation, the event continued to serve as a neutral convening platform for dialogue around standards, transparency, and trust in the marketplace. As part of the wider Fi portfolio, which has connected ingredient communities since 1996, Fi Asia Thailand has consistently provided a setting for buyers and suppliers to align on quality expectations, compliance requirements, and long-term market direction.

By bringing together technical expertise, commercial exchange, and cross-sector collaboration, Fi Asia Thailand 2025 contributed to ongoing progress across Asia’s food and beverage ingredients ecosystem—where innovation and responsibility increasingly move in parallel.
