The Singapore-based trade show will be substantially larger in 2026 and is adding a dedicated Association Executive Networking Session as association meetings become a more visible part of its programme.

SINGAPORE – MICE Show Asia returns to Singapore from 21–23 October 2026 with exhibition space expanding by 83.2% and a new networking initiative specifically for association executives. Held at Sands Expo & Convention Centre alongside ITB Asia and Travel Tech Asia, the show will bring together destinations, venues, suppliers, planners and more than 200 MICE buyers.

For Associations Commons, one development stands out: the launch of an invitation-only Association Executive Networking Session. The session is designed to provide association leaders with a setting for peer exchange and discussion of shared challenges and opportunities. Confirmed buyers for the wider show include representatives from the World Association for Medical Law and World Psychiatric Association, alongside PCOs and meetings businesses such as K.I.T. Group APAC, ConferenceDirect and HelmsBriscoe.

The conference programme will address the changing MICE buyer, destination selection, sustainability, flexibility, personalisation and the growing role of AI and digital transformation. Meanwhile, a MICE Fundamentals workshop involving IAEE, MPI and SITE will focus on professional development for emerging industry practitioners.

The show’s growth is another indicator of the strength of competition surrounding Asia Pacific’s meetings market. but exhibition size alone is not necessarily the most interesting measurement. Business events trade shows themselves are evolving. Buyers increasingly expect meaningful education, curated peer interaction and useful business conversations rather than simply rows of exhibition booths and appointment diaries.

The addition of a dedicated association executive programme recognises that association meetings represent a distinct market — with different decision cycles, governance structures and measures of success from corporate meetings and incentives.
