The Asia Pacific Incentives and Meetings Event (AIME) has released the full agenda for its expanded Knowledge Monday program, which will open AIME 2026 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on Monday, 9 February 2026.

The program is structured around the theme Expertise Matters!, focusing on the role of professional knowledge, strategic clarity, and leadership within the business events sector. Knowledge Monday has been curated by AIME in collaboration with El Kwang, Founder of BEAMexperience, and guided by an advisory committee comprising industry leaders from across the Asia-Pacific region.

The agenda includes 22 breakout sessions delivered across two parallel 60-minute streams. Sessions are organised into five content categories: business strategy and leadership; event management and experience design; technology, AI and data; humanity, talent and skills development; and sustainability and legacy. Topics address current industry priorities, including AI-enabled environments, leadership effectiveness, experience design, and legacy-focused event strategies.

More than 30 industry speakers will contribute across workshops, panels, and presentations. Participating speakers include Anna Glynn, Dr Danny Davis, Jess Turnbull, George Hawwa, Ian Jones, and Winitha Bonney OAM, alongside content partners such as SITE ANZ, PCMA APAC, AIPC, AuSAE, EarthCheck with ICCA APAC, and IAPCO.

The program will open with keynote addresses from performance and leadership coach Dan Haesler, behavioural scientist Milo Wilkinson, and entrepreneur Kristina Karlsson. Educational programming will continue on 10 and 11 February with the return of the Ideas Academy on the show floor.

AIME 2026 will run from 9 to 11 February 2026 and is expected to welcome more than 4,500 attendees.
