BANGKOK, Thailand — The Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) brought together 39 experts and speakers across 18 sessions for its sold-out TIME Knowledge Exchange 2026, held at The St. Regis Bangkok on 31 August.

Held under the theme “The Power of Possibility”, the event formed part of TCEB’s Thailand Innovative Meetings Exchange (TIME), its platform for connecting and developing Thailand’s meetings and incentives sector.

The 2026 Knowledge Exchange was fully booked ahead of opening and featured four learning tracks covering different aspects of business events development and delivery.

Across the 18 sessions, speakers and industry specialists represented areas including destinations, venues, travel management, technology, health and wellness, and association management.

The programme brought meetings industry professionals, association executives, corporate event planners and destination partners together to examine how new ideas and approaches can be applied to the planning and delivery of business events.

TCEB positioned this year’s Knowledge Exchange around the possibilities available to event professionals when creativity and strategic thinking are applied to event design, with discussions extending beyond attendance numbers to the outcomes events are intended to create.

The Knowledge Exchange also forms part of TCEB’s wider efforts to develop professional capabilities within Thailand’s business events sector while strengthening connections across the meetings and incentives ecosystem.

TIME — Thailand Innovative Meetings Exchange — combines knowledge exchange with opportunities to connect Thailand’s MICE industry with international buyers and partners.
